Dr Chen added “Then you have resurfacing treatments. These take the top layers of skin off and allow new skin to replace it. How well you can get rid of wrinkles depends on how deep the wrinkles are. The tools for resurfacing are all different chemical peeling (superficial, medium and deep), dermabrasion and lasers )CO2 and Erbium).” Lines and folds due to sagging skin will only respond to lift surgery, Dr Chen added. This can be facelift, browlift or eyelift etc.
